Nine Lessons - All Unlearned
After my saying that I don't want to talk about B**x*t, here's my second post in as many days about it.
This one, though, is simply to direct you to the transcript of a lecture given at the University of Liverpool's 'Heseltine (*) Institute for Public Policy, Practice and Place' by Ivan Rogers.
Unlike most people who opine on the subject, Sir Ivan actually knows whereof he speaks, having been Greater England's representative to the EU.
It's a long read, but worth it: his analysis is cogent and often pithy, and his conclusions are forceful and damning.
